I read The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test and am looking forward to seeing this movie. However, I think one of the important things that is probably going to be left out of the movie is the importance Kesey and his bus trip had on the youth of his generation. Many younger people joined him on his exploration, instead of going to school or getting a job.
