The Germs inducted into Hollywood’s RockWalk
Pioneers of the Los Angeles punk music scene, The Germs, will be inducted into Hollywood’s RockWalk on Wednesday, August 20 at Noon. The Germs’ infamous onstage antics and disregard for social norms came to define the volatile image of punk music in the 1970’s, mesmerizing loyal followers and embodying an entire generation of adolescent angst.
Members of the press may contact Maureen O’Connor (moconnor@rogersandcowan.com) or Heather Lewandoski (hlewandoski@rogersandcowan.com) at Rogers & Cowan for more info.

Great film with even better acting!!! Shane West's teeth implants are reason enough to see this film!
Saw the film in NY. WOOW pretty amazing. Grossman did an awesome job capturing the essence of punk rock. Finally a good movie about punk!
"Fast forward 29 years. Crash, the infamous Germs singer, has been dead longer than he ever lived, but his mystique lives on in a new movie by Rodger Grossman" --Denise Hamilton
I recommend the film for both nostalgic and young audiences alike who are seeking an opportunity to peek into the rise of hardcore punk in LA.
I just bought a ticket to see the movie and one for my boyfriend and they gave me a free ticket to see the germs live at the echo! of course now I have to buy a ticket for my boyfriend cause he really wants to go. that's how they get you! lol
