"Chris Mullin and Dennis Rodman were among 12 finalists announced Friday for the 2011 class of the Basketball Hall of Fame.
Mullin and Rodman join Maurice Cheeks, Ralph Sampson and Jamaal Wilkes as finalists among players. Coaches selected as finalists include Tex Winter, Dick Motta and Herb Magee, while contributors chosen were Al Attles and referee Hank Nichols. Finalists from the women's screening committee were Teresa Edwards and coach Tara VanDerveer.
Significant omissions from this year's finalists list include Reggie Miller and Don Nelson..."
