Lakshmi posed on the red carpet with "Top Chef" judge Tom Colicchio. The show is up for Outstanding Reality-Competition Program and best host.

Padma's pregnant! A couple of weeks after she showed up at the Emmys in a belly-hugging purple dress, the 'Top Chef' host has confirmed to Us Weekly that she is expecting her first child:

"Model, author, and Emmy-nominated Padma Lakshmi confirms that she is carrying her first child after years of struggling with endometriosis, a cause for which she has co-founded the Endometriosis Foundation of America. As a result of her condition, this pregnancy has been referred to by her physician as nothing short of a medical miracle, and due to its delicate nature, we ask/implore the press to respect Ms. Lakshmi's privacy at this time," the rep continues.

The baby's father has not been announced. Padma, 39, was married to author Salman Rushdie from 2004-2007 and has recently been seen out with 27-year-old Manu Nathan, who works in Business & Legal Affairs at IMG talent agency. He is supposedly just a cousin. She has also been linked to IMG's CEO, billionaire Ted Forstmann.

Padma Lakshmi clearly isn't shy these days.

Let’s face it, very, very few people would really be comfortable stripping down to their birthday suits for the world to see.

But maybe if we looked like Padma Lakshmi, Eliza Dushku, Chelsea Handler, Sharon Leal or Lynn Collins, that would be no big deal.

The five sexy stars stripped off their skivvies and posed nude for Allure magazine’s Naked Truth feature, available on newsstands April 21. But it wasn’t just about baring their bodies, these beauties shared a few of their sexy secrets as well.

“I’m a sensual-leaning woman. You have to use the word ‘leaning’ or it sounds like I’m boasting,” says Lakshmi, host of "Top Chef."

And stripping was no biggie for Dushku either.

“I’ll strip down to my underwear and my Ugg boots when I eat lunch in my trailer,” says the "Dollhouse" star.

Padma Lakshmi, the host of Bravo’s Top Chef, is the latest beauty to get down and dirty for a Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr. ad campaign.

The former model follows the Paris Hilton route and gets intimate with a beefy hamburger, seductively consuming an oozing burger, licking and slurping it down. She recounts in a sultry voice-over how as a teenager she would sneak out to grab a burger and consume it without leaving any evidence.

Lakshmi has long been a fan of the fast food restaurant. In her 2007 cookbook, Tangy, Tart, Hot and Sweet, she wrote, “The sublimely pleasurable taste of bacon…was further enhanced by its mingling with the barbeque sauce, greedily licked off as it dripped down my teenage fingers.” The burger helped transform the teenage vegetarian into a meat-eater.
