Robalini's Week 9 NFL Picks

Here's my results for week 8
W-L-T record: 4-4
Season record: 31-23-2

This week is contrarian week:

Atlanta Falcons (-6 1/2) Over Indianappolis Colts

I think the Falcons are a highly undervalued team. I also think the Colts suck...

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+8) Over New Orleans Saints

Part one of contrarian week. It's no secret that I'm a fan of the Saints, but giving the Bucs eight points is way too much...

New York Jets (+2 1/2) Over Buffalo Bills

Part two, though 2 1/2 points isn't a big spread. But I'm picking the Jets, because they need the win more, so they're gonna get it...

Kansas City Chiefs (-4) Over Miami Dolphins

The Chiefs have sold me they're back, at least to some degree. The Chiefs want to win at home, while Miami wants Andrew Luck...

San Francisco 49ers (-4) Over Washington Redskins

I don't think the Niners are as good as their record suggests. But they are better than the Redskins...

Arizona Cardinals (-3) Over St. Louis Rams

The Rams finally won last week and the Cards have lost six in a row, but I'll still take Arizona at home...

New York Giants (+8 1/2) Over New England Patriots

Part three of contrarian week. Bettors still don't believe how bad the Pats defense is...

San Diego Chargers (+6) Over Green Bay Packers

Part four. The Chargers can win, and even if they lose, I expect a close loss...

Chicago Bears (+7 1/2) Over Philadelphia Eagles

Part five. The Eagles have recovered from a 1-4 start, but 7 1/2 points against the underrated Bears is just too much...
