Stoner Cooking: Brownie Pie

2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
3 tablespoons fudge, caramel sauce, or ice cream topping
1/3 cup whipped topping
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/3 cup M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies

Heat oven to 325°F. Grease 9x1 1/2 inch round cake pan or pie plate. Mix sugar, butter, vanilla, salt, eggs, flour, and cocoa in medium bowl. Pour into pan. Bake approximately 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Immediately after baking, prick holes in pie with toothpick. Spread fudge or caramel sauce over the top. Sprinkle with M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies. Cool completely. Spread whipped topping over fudge sauce. Drizzle with additional fudge sauce if desired. Refrigerate any remaining pie.

High Altitude Directions (3,500 to 6,500 feet): Heat oven to 350°F and increase flour to 2/3 cup. Bake about 30 minutes.
