Say what you will about Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels, but the dude knew how to score with women. Unlike Hitler (who was a decided bust with the babes) Goebbels was a total chick magnet. Like Casanova, he had numerous sexual conquests which he thoroughly documented in his personal diaries. Not bad for a feeble, club-footed guy with the nickname of "Poison Dwarf" to his credit.
